this is not a shade but a film you apply on your window generally available at home depot or loew's, you must get the mirror film, it prevents people from seeing in during daylight hours and when they try to look inside they see themselves in the mirror, but you can see people as through an ordinary glass ,also used as an energy saver to reflect the sun, it's intended purpose

i dont know if you can do that with shades you really need to look for tinted windows or tinted films to put on the window only the tinted films usually make a mirror effect ont he outside which i dont like but you can get tinted windows where you cant see in but you can see out similar to some car windows
