can the free ipod be sent to Canada?

Heard the ad about free ipod on radio while on holidays but I live in Canada. Will they send the ipod to me?

Most ads I hear of they say offer is only valid in the continental United States. The best thing to do is try and find the ad again or maybe the radio station or place that sponsors it and find out all of the details on participation shipping etc...
