why do men visit saunas/prostitutes? Do many men? How are their serious relations? Is it more accepted in uk?

I was told of someone who visited saunas in the past somewhat often.Is this due to a sexual addiction, easy access, rejection issues? the thrill of it,Or a habit? Can one have a relationship with this person,or will they most likely continue to visit saunas/ prostitutes, when he is bored, ect? I am asking men who visit these places or women with men who have, for their input. I noticed that there is not much information from mens view about this, and I am very curious about what is the thought process. I was naive about this until recently to be honest, because I was biased and believed it was only perverted people or sex addicts that did this, and I realize that this previous belief was ignorant. Also what do you think of the women? Really what I am asking is what is in your mind thought process, and how you feel after, and if you can sustain a serious relationship with someone that you care about and meet each others needs without visiting a sauna, prostitute?

Usually men visit these types of places when their sexual appetite is not satisfied. If they have a wife / girlfriend who cannot (or will not) satisfy them, they seek it elsewhere. Some men do feel bad for going (only the ones who are "in love" & know what they just did is wrong. They feel guilty). Single men feel like those places are easier than going to the bar / pub to find a lady.

Umm... can't say from experience, because my husband would never have sex with a prostitute. But... I don't think *THAT* many guys go to places like that, especially since here in the US it is completely illegal (except Nevada, from my understanding... but perhaps thats not 100% correct). And the answer for why guys go there... umm... well... to have sex without the trouble of having to get a girl in the mood. And the women who do this??? Well, I think the vast majority (not all) are drug addicts looking for money to support their habit... atleast American prostitutes... I don't know about other countries, but I can't imagine its much different. Also, no... I could NEVER be with a man that has sex with ANYONE else whether a prostitute, a friend, a man, a relative.... my husband will only be having sex with me.. I would rather not catch an STD because he sleeps around.

I think men who visit hookers, separate the two. Let's say you really like blowjobs but your wife refuses to give them to you. What do you do? me personally, i was abused as a child and find it difficult to form relationships and to trust.
I am the same as any man.. i have urges. so if i want to go to see somebody or have them visit me i will. i do not enjoy sex, it is the closeness that i crave(?) I thought that i had made good friends with the girls, but at the end of the day, they are only after your money.
I only ever visited reputable places or 'good quality' escorts. the street girls tended to have drug problems. anyway.. i'm rambling and think i've gone off track so i'll end here.
