whole wheat flour
eggs
peanut butter
Crisco
pinch of salt

Mix until you get a cookie-dough like consistency, then roll into small balls and flatten on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crisp around the edges.

I don't give exact amounts of the ingredients because it depends on the humidity on a particular day, and how many treats you want to make...just mix until you get a solid, slightly sticky consistency. My dogs love these! :)

for the dog: get some cut-up-beef, and make some gravy to put in it.

and for the horse: give it some apples,carrots,etc....and mix it all together.
