yea, I have to agree with you. I also have a problem with the minority rule. This is only my experience but I see alot of black people that are lazy. But in a company you have to have so many minorities. I think if you cant do the job then you need to go. I own a construction company and I see it all the time.
I understand what you are saying, its about an attitude that a black man or women carries. Sometime I wounder if they ever get embarrassed about all the attention they bring to them selves.
I know some really good people that are black. They are respectful and are good people, but then they are some really stupid people that just make me say. what the **** are you thinking.

It's like that in all races I'm afraid. Being racist means being prejudiced against a certain race - judging before you know for sure. If you take the time to make this as a observation, I don't think your being prejudiced. I would use the word lazy not n*****. though.

Why didn't you also ask who agrees with me that there are white people and then there is white trash? I think most black people would agree with you. Chris Rock has a hilarious routine he does about this on one of his HBO standup specials.

The point is there is a significant schism in the black community between those who are normal, decent folk and those that are not.

You MUST have been watching the greatness that is Mr. Chris Rock!! Same as every other race. There's the good ones and the bad ones (who get the derogatory term of choice for their race.) But that's not the right way to do it, even though it was funny as hell.

I'm white. I know there are bad white people. Charles Manson for instance...Jeffery Dahmer...Jim Jones.
I know there are bad black people. Mike Tyson, OJ Simpson to name a couple.
There are bad people in every single race on the planet. To single out black people and say some are ****ers is extremely ignorant. My guess is you're about 14 years-old and have quite a bit of mental maturing to do.

I agree! In my area, some thugs would always drive around our school with guns, we had so many problems with this group of people, so many threats, and alarms and precautions. I would assume this group would be ni**ers but I am friends with a couple, who act normally and rationally and I have no problem with their being black at all.
