No, at 16 you can only get a provisional license, which entitles you to ride up to a 125cc bike, with L plates and therefore no passenger. To get a full license you have to be 17.

I just finished my full DAS work and road test this week, so it's all fresh in my head... but you might double check DVLA and DSA sites to be sure on the details.

No, I think you can ride a moped at 16 with a provisional licence and L plates. I don't think you can have a passenger on mopeds. It needs to be a bigger bike like a vesper.

you need to past the test to carry a passenger and not display l plates, if i was you i would leave it until you can buy a car then take a test , carry up to 4 other people

Oh I want a bike too but have a full driving lience and you still need to do a CBT VALID FOR 2 YEARS
