We do know that the United States gives a a very large amount of money to Israel, 3 billion a year in Foreign Aid and another huge amount of money in the form of Ammunition during this current warfare.
Then there is the secret funds, and it would only be a guess, but it is certain that Israel receives a large amount of secret support based on the uncritical level of support we give or grant Israel. How do I know this, well it's called, knowing by inference.
