Love it! It is easy, but you have to water the plants a little more than if they were in the ground because they dry out faster. You can grow almost anything in a container, too.

Container gardening is gardening using containers filled with soil, ie. pots, planters, etc. The plants (flowers and vegetables) generally require more watering than those plants in the ground.

Simply put, container gardening is combining any plants you like together in anything you can put soil into. Its great for small spaces. You need to add a little more input to help us answer your questions.

Container gardening is fantastic....especially if you have several of the same matching container. Plant herbs in the containers & use it as a table centrepiece. It looks cool, smells great, and tastes fabulous!

plant creeping plants or vine on plastic or tin containers and hang them, the branches will cascade like waterfalls and will look like curtains if it blooms it will be more beautiful, container gardening is good for apartment dwellers, indoors you can hang it in your bathroom or for special effects, hang it in your living room, or outdoors hang it outside the window use compost and coco dust as potting medium. water 3x a week not daily, if indoors water when the potting medium is dry

Good, but you have to be loyal about making sure they are watered and at the same time not overwatered. Use drip pans...it helps keep the roots cool and damp.
I do most of my herbs this way now.
