THANK YOU! you have no idea how happy i am that someone has finally said something about that song. I think the whole idea of the song is completely ridiculous. Who complains about cheating on someone? No one has a gun to your head, it's your own choice! I don't understand how someone that is cheating on their boyfriend thinks that they have a right to complain. SHOULDN'T IT BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND?

And you are right about the way her voice sounds- you would think she had a cold, or the flu or something while she was recording this song- but no. Her voice is just... well, annoying.

Good Lord how I despise that song. She has a nioe enough voice, but the whole premise of the song annoys me. If you don't wanna hurt someone by cheating on them, the answer is really simple. Stop having sex with other people. I don't wanna hear you whine about it in a song.

Admittedly, I had the comparable reaction to the track, yet with the aid of the years it in basic terms grew on me. i think of that the track has very plenty exchange into iconic or synonymous with the call Rihanna. The track interior reason nicely built, aside from the main random and beside the point intro with the aid of Jay-Z. yet once you insist that her voice is in basic terms no longer suitable for this track, then you quite ought to attempt happening YouTube and finding up some covers of her track, they're exceedingly sturdy. John West and Marie Digby the two sing wonderful covers of the track (each and each with their own experience of aptitude).

I do, she's complaining about cheating on her boyfriend and how she feels bad, if she didn't want to feel bad then she shouldn't have done it in the first place....no offensse to any Rihanna fans out there, but there are way better singers than her...

I like her voice. It sound good to me. But the song is so hurtful and the voice beautiful, it really disagrees with me. Whats with the guy putting up with that anyway. Leave the B****!

Hmm, I think she just has this guilt looming over her. I bet she actually did that in real life too, to be singing a song like that and to make it into a hit promotes her infidelity issues.
