When I type "avon representative" in the address bar, I get other avon representatives names and links to their personal websites. Under cached, it shows avon representative highlighted. I need to know how to do that.

If you are looking on Yahoo, you may actually have to submit a request to them. On the very bottom of the main page, there is a "suggest a site" link. Try that!

You have to include meta tags in the head section of your pages listing key words that would be used by the search engines to find your web page.
