That is a very probable situation where too many wells exist around yours. Maybe, there is to much water intake and no time to recharge the waterbed (underground water). When this happens, then incursion from sea water may occur, or in some cases water from septic tanks.
I recommend you to take a sample to a lab analysis to see its composition. Then compare it with your original sample labs. If it have changed, I recommend you to stop using it for a while.
Underground water recharges from water infiltration when it rain, or from other aquifers.
hope this may be for some help.

When fresh ground water levels are lowered by either drought or over usage the void is filled by the salt or brackish waters from the coastal areas. As long as the ground water remains at a normal level the salt waters should remain flushed out. Once salt water incursion has occurred it can take weeks or in some cases years for the residual salt to be completely flushed out before the water becomes drinkable again.

Two possible things, a pipe is exposed to something, or B. your well is getting contaminated possibly by salt infested earth, or an underground reserve of salt water. You need to send it out for immediate testing, sometimes a 'Salty' taste may not be salt at all but some other contaminate. I would drink bottled water until you confirm its not something dangerous. Be Smart, Be Safe.

The water table has a higher level of salt because it's closer to the ocean.
BTW: You should be testing your well water once a year for safety.

saltwater incursion (very bad you need help have the casing checked by an expert you may have lost this well) if it is of a sufficient depth and diameter it can be saved but get it checked ( you can not filter out salt) if your neighbors have problems with wells of similar depth then u r screwed

I think you answerd the question yourself. Probobly from a seapage from salt water into your well. You should get it inspected, or add some new filters.

You should also probably stop drinking the water, drinking salt water is very bad for your liver and kidneys.
