if someone where to pick up your laundry wash, dry and fold or hang it and then deliver it to your home, would you use this service? how much would you be willing to pay ? load?pound? etc!

btw: what area are you in,(suburb, city, etc) and are you a family or individual?

1.what did they charge to come in and do laundry?
2.if someone can deliver you paper or a pizza and make a profit, someone could make money at this. It is just a matter of what to charge to make it profitable and what people would pay for this service.

I would never spend as much as they charge! I don't know the exact cost, but I know it's alot... Personally, if my laundry got to be too much to handle, I would consider paying someone to come do a little laundry, dishes, etc. a couple days a week. I know a couple people who do that and they charge way less. Something to consider?

It would be an impossible business.
1) High Gas prices
2) Difficult to manage (high propensity for clothes lost, damaged, etc... High degree of manuel labor workers needed--drivers, folders, washers, etc)
3) Counter-intuitive (Who wants to have some random illegal immigrant folding their intimate underwear?)

I know of a way to cut down most of these problems, but still, I don't think it will be very profitable, if not sustainable.
