How can I make the straps for the convertible bra to stay in place?

I'm talking the ones from VS not cheap walmart bras. everytime I try to attach the strap on it creates a little folding line in the middle of the loop and make the strap to slide off. how can i fix this problem?

are they adjustable? if they are then just tighten them. if they arent then sew it smaller

bring it to the store and ask for an exchange? i've never had problem with the convertible bras. if you can't get an exchange, maybe try iron the loop in the lowest heat and see if it helps.
