A 38c usually means you measure 41 inches around the bust, because the 38 inches is the size of the rib cage and the c is the size of the breasts, which is an additional 3 inches. HTH.

Sophia Loren has a 38C size. Check out her pictures on the link below. I believe Lucy Lawless also has the same size. Keep in mind both of these women are a little taller than average.

A 38 is pretty big, that is the size of the woman around her body, and the c is the cup size which is a little larger then average.
I am 5'2, weigh approx 115-120 lbs and I am a 34 around which is about normal.
And like I said the cup size C is alittle bigger busted then average.
But the 38 inches around usually means she is pretty chunky.

Pretty large...but a lot depends on how big the woman is.
This would be VERY large on a small lady, but about average if the woman is tall and big.

Just try to look at you bottoms the smae size are 38C..
