As a follow-up to another answer, I hear the wait at Cook County is insane. I get help through the Will county health dept, which is a pain to get to , but the wait isn't bad.
Don't you hate that she falls in the cracks, and doesn't it usually happen that way?

I can't remember where.... but somewhere in Chicago there's a military civilian base... Once a year they offer free immunizations to anybody... All you have to do is find someone on base to sign you on during one of those times!!!

Usually local hospitals will report on a free immunization day in the local newspapers. Contact your local hospitals.
