Well unless he is carrying a machete and a AK-47 around him I would probably continue along my way. Some people would that what you are doing is profiling and that's not very nice.

Racial profiling is really sucky. I'd be a lot more worried if a smelly old person or sobbing baby got on.

Honestly, I'd be suspicious but I wouldn't call a cop or anything. I'm sure others would be nervous, too.

Try to watch their every move. Most likely they are an innocent, peaceful person, but these days you've got to watch it.
