No African Americans and European or Caucasian Americans do not have a great relationship! Read the history and truly look at the status of African Americans and European or Caucasian Americans and you'll see that nothing has changed - just the time! I've never met a Black person or a white person! Where do you meet people that are the color white! Just because someone has an African American friend or listen to Rapp Music and think Lil Kim is great does not mean they have examined the true practice of racism and oppression in America! If they had - they would not ask the question - because thru their study and learning they would know the answer!

It is much easier now for black and white relationships, but in some sectors of the country bigotry and discrimination still lives. It's not just the South either. Washington, D.C., has a history of unforgiving people toward interracial couples.
Having spent a military career, I saw many couples of different racial backgrounds and it seems they are accepted more readily while on military installations. But once away from that friendly environment, such couples must wade the waters of resentment and bigotry ever more.

Yes it can, after all if poeple from different state of Origin can get married, then why can't black and white do thesame.Anyone who chooses friends by race has a problem.
Well for your information, the President of Nigeria's daughter got married to a British Man last year.

Of course! Unfortunately we do have some racist bastards in the world who will not agree or might look at you badly. (I've been there). Some people lack a humanity chip. But screw those people! If your girl or boy treats you with respect and you care for one another, then that is all that matters.

They have relationship just like evrybody else does. Not to sound racist but all my friends are basically black and I'm white. I think the only people I really deal with that are white is my husband and kids.

Well there is no reason why they can not, but I don`t like the idea of mixing people(because of theyr children), but if they really love eachother I have no problems with them
