Firstly sit in front of a mirror. Then get your lens on the tip of one of your index fingers. Then rest the palm of your hand just above your forehead so the index finger can reach your top eye lid. And with this finger and the middle finger of the hand with the lens pull back both top and bottom eyelids. Finally with a swift steady motion gently press the lens on your eye. Once the lens is in place if you can move the lens in a small circular motion to expel any air that may be between your eye and lens.
