My girl friend wants to play mad doctor and loves bondage. I found bed restraints on the internet but they are over 600 bucks. they must be locking. No escaping.

Not sure that I can help out on the used restraints part, although I would suspect that it might be difficult as they probably aren't re-sold very often, given that they are medical equipment. Perusing the auction sites might be your best bet.
One idea is to improvise. While leather medical restraints might be out of your price range, basic leather bondage cuffs should be affordable, often around US$40-$50 for a good pair new. They probably can be made to act in the same manner with a little ingenuity. Just something to consider.

eBay once in a blue moon will have restraints but they still do good money if they are made by posey or humane restraint they will always hold there value
