Get the cops involved.
Unless you show the guy that you mean business and that he will get into trouble for harassing you, he will not stop.
I wouldn't recommend egging his house. If he finds out it was you, he'll just harass you more.

If you respond to him you will only be encouraging him to continue. Getting negative attention is better than getting no attention at all. From you "edd" comment I assume you are still in high school since you want to egg him. I suggest telling the principle or school counselor so they can intervine. If for some reason you are an adult wanting to egg someone and you work with him, talk to your supervisor or HR. If you just know him socially you should talk to the police and if he continues to harrass you get a restraining order.

DONT do anyhting to his house or to him. if you want him to back off and he doesnt you may eventually have to go to the cops. if you have done anything your case is out the window. in the meantime do you have a brother or male friend that can talk to him. Dont threaten! same reasons.

Completely ignore him. If he speaks, don't answer. If he waves a hi, ignore it. If he calls, hang-up. If he walks up to you, keep walking. When he gets absolutely no reaction, there is no reward for him. Doing anything feeds his need for some sort of attention. Give him none. If you are afraid of what he may do, tell the authorities what is happening.

Read a few news stories and find out what happens when women are stalked. You have one advantage, you know him. Many women don't know they are being stalked and get raped or killed. It's nice that your friends are so helpful, but unless they can guard you, don't mess around like a child.
