Based on several published reports recently, Israel receives from the United States the most Foreign Aide of any Country in the World. The figure is put at Three Billion Per Year.
The Three Billion is separate from the latest financial support of Ammunition in the form of guided missiles, smart bombs, bunker boosters and anti-personnel cluster bombs sent from the USA to Israel since this lastest open warfare started. That may be another billion dollars I would guess.
The United States has always considered Israel a number one ally and worthy cause for assistance, but this Bush Presidency has pushed the relationship to the breaking point by basically cashing in all of our good will and support to use Israel as a shield to threaten and now spearhead an actual assault on another Middle Eastern Country.
