Although I am not female, I have the MD degree and will therefore render an opinion for you.
It is estimated that up to 80% of women experience significant mood swings associated with their menstrual cycle.
If it is severe enough to interfere with one's usual daily activity, which you have, it could be PMS or premenstrual syndrome.
This is not an easy problem that can be fixed by altering one's behavior, diet, etc. It is obvious that you are putting out a cry for help and you are to be commended for doing so.
You need to be diagnosed by a physician because other serious disease can masquerade as PMS.
I would recommend that you make an appointment with an OB/GYN specialist as they deal with this almost on a daily basis in practice. When you call to make the appointment, tell the office you think you have PMS and ask if they want you to keep a journal of your symptoms, or fill out any other sort of paperwork regarding PMS, because a good detailed history is very important for assisting the physician in arriving at a correct diagnosis, in order to prescribe the most appropriate treatment. And you just may save yourself an office visit by being prepared when you arrive.
So you are correct, you need medical aid.

Oh boy! I know how that is!! I go through a lot of mood swings just before I get my period. Usually, I wonder what is wrong with me, then all of sudden, I think of it, and it's a tad easier, but still, I go through mood swings.

Actually I kinda feel like crying right now for no reason at all. Except that there are a lot of people that are having a tough time trying to make ends meet and so forth.

Trust me your not the only one. I have plenty of mood swings before my period and the first day of. I usually get frustrated and when I'm alone I get sad. My husband takes it all in stride, he's very sweet. Your husband on the other hand is an a$$. Obviously its hormonal if you cry for no reason. How can he not see that? See a doctor anyway maybe they can ease the PMS.

maybe you have depression.

or is there something bothering you? maybe you have a problem bothering you and you just cant pinpoint exactly what it is.

Try writing in a journal, or write a song/poem. Or just talk it over with someone.
