No. I'm afraid I've always believed the opposite to that little statement of yours. The opposite being that they are NOT and probably will never be 'The best looking on the planet'.
And in response to your 'Additional Details', what has waging war got to do with whether we find Israeli men good looking or not. What a shallow and racist view to have.

I have met some really good looking Israeli men. Yes I have noticed, but not really interested in a romantic relationship with anyone anymore, but I can still look when I see a handsome guy.

No, I was too busy paying attention to the fact that those 'good-looking men' of yours managed to kill 500 Lebanese citizens and drive 1000s of the others out of their homes into foreign countries (Cyprus and Turkey) for safety in one week.
