And i am trying to lose weight, I dont know what to do, I am sick with myself.

I dont eat a lot, and I eat a realtively healthy diet, and i have tried every diet and exercise and pills in the book, but i keep gaining weight . I hate trying clothes on and i hate going shopping overall, I am now up to a size 22, i know i shouldnt say it, but i hate looking at myself in the mirror.I am in my 20's and I cant tell the last time i went on a date.I just wish there was something I could do, because i am borderline depressed.

See a physician, you could have thyroid problems or something else. A dietitician can help you also.. Your realitively healthy diet might not be as healthy as you think. Portions in America are out of control. A 'healthy meal' at a restaurant if you look at what a portion should be is about 2 or 3 meals. Alot of people do not factor in what they drink in their diets. Juices, sodas, coffees, milk, alcohol...it all is a part of your caloric intake. Alot of low fat foods have so much sugar and carbs in them that if you are not an extremely active person and burn a large amount of calories a day, all that will be stored as fat.
Start writing a food journal and write down everything you eat in a day, keeping in mind you should have less than 2000calories a day to lose weight. Go to websites that tell you what a true serving size is for foods and read the lables. To get a good idea of out of control portions, do this...if you eat breakfast cereal, instead of just pouring some in a bowl, read the label, get a measuring cup and measure out the EXACT serving size. Same with the milk.Good Luck.

Arh please dont be so low.
Have you been to the doctors??? If not then go and explain what you feel like. I couldnt face my doctor and i was so depressed so i wrote her a letter. She immediately rang me and got me a appointment, we discussed stuff and i felt better. She gave me diet pills and although they didnt work for me i do feel happier now. I am 28.
Good luck

As someone who suffered yrs with PCOS and Endo, I can tell you, please get to the Dr and get meds. It will make all the difference. Glucophage is what they usually treat PCOS with.
And try Weight Watchers too., Its helping me. Lost 45 and I have 90 to go.
