I am a Scorpio and a share that same quality. I am also a very secretive person towards everyone. I don't even discuss certain things with my friends, so the part about you telling your friends about your love life, etc... I don't understand, but as far as they are concerned everyone does not feel comfortable telling all their business and if you are a friend you'll just have to understand and respect that.

As for my opinion, I would say that it's normal for friends to talk to each other about their love life, family life, work, etc. It's important to keep secrets, but you do have to make it clear that what you're telling your friend IS a secret. Otherwise, your friend might not even know not to tell anyone.
