and you go into the next isle then you have a question for him/her so you run back over and start talking to a stranger who is standing in the spot your friend was. How embarrassing.

What is the most embarrassing thing you've said in this situation?
I called a stranger hun and started talking about soaps, till I realized it wasn't my bf. I thought that was bad

omg!!! i've totally done that. it was embarssing. Kay I was in Blockbuster with my dad, and there was a movie I was trying to find, so i left him and went to look for it. When I was going back to find him, I went to the same spot. I guess I was out of it cuz I saw a man in the same place, and I thought it was my dad. I started going down the isle saying "I found it. I found it..." like probably a half dozen times. and i said it again when I got up to him. The man, who wasn't my dad said "I found it too" with a laugh. I was mortififed.

I used to have a lover that used to confuse me with others....
This was very discouraging....seeing as the other people looked nothing like me and personalities didnt even resemble mine....
a little heartbreaking to say the least. Dont know if she is embarassed about it, but I suspect not. She's used to doing that to people...

Ummm.... no that's never happened to me, but I hate shopping with my one friend that never buys anything for herself...... She always buys things for others that don't deserve it, but never for herself..... Also when she tries things on...she never lets me see how it looks.... That's why we shop together...to get each others opinions, but she sucks.....=)
