The manner in which wars are started and the mass manipulation of the populations has not changed since the days of Cesar. The supreme international crime commit ed by the US in the middle east encompasses all the evil that follows,(as stated at Nuremberg) So, as for your question, by definition you know who the war criminal is

By definition any body who violates the Geneva Conventions is a war criminal. The Nuremberg Trails ruled out he "I was just following orders" defense.

I can think of many. All individuals in the Nierenberg Trial. Hilter, Hussain, all of those individuals who have recently beheaded people (one was killed recently, these names escape me).
