I'm 65 and have also been married 4 times. This last time, my 4th, we'll be married for 22 years on October 28th. It just takes practice and then when you do find a decent guy working at the marriage every day. Remembering why I married him in the first place actually helps a lot. My 4th husband is number one a truly kind person. He doesn't drink, carouse, gamble, do drugs or hurt me intentionally. That, my dear, says it all. Love is not an elusive thing it has to be worked at and constantly created.

I am 40 and I have been married twice.
The first time I was 19. We split up when I was 24.
I married someone else when I was 281/2.
So I had over 3 years to heal etc.
However, I found out that ultimatly I had the same problems in my second marriage as my first marriage but I was committed no matter what. I had found that wherever you go there you are.
So because of the commitment I/we were able to work past all of the issues. Vows and remembering them helps......for better or for worse.....richer or poorer.......til death do we part....
Now 12 years later I am so glad we have stayed together things are better than ever! It has not been easy but we keep on moving forward......forgiveness....over and over again has been key.

I'm 28 and unfortunately haven't been married yet. But, I'm I know we will get married soon! All of my friends are married and have children and sometimes I feel left out and sad about it. Everything happens for a reason. Don't be hard on yourself for being married 4 times, consider yourself an experienced wife!! The next one should be right on!! Good luck to you!!
