I would never tickle someone who didn't want to be tickled...however...I LOVE tickle fights!
In college I had a bedsheet for a curtain in the fraternity house I lived in. My gf (at the time) and I had a tickle fight on my bed, fully clothed. There were two pieces of information we ignored...#1 - There was a lamp on the wall opposite of my window and #2 - My fraternity brothers were in the front yard hanging out. That resulted in a third thing we didn't know...that there was a shadow cast on the sheet that could be seen in the front yard, the street, and the whole world that was withing viewing distance of the house. We knew we were tickling, but everyone else thought there was something more, um, intimate going on.
It was pretty funny!

Tickling can be incredibly fun - as long as it is CONSENSUAL.
If somebody tickles you against your will, they are not respecting you and it is clearly non-consensual tickling. The best thing to do when this happens is to call them out and tell them that they have no right to disrespect you. It is possible that they will not understand why you are making "such a big deal" about it. Just tell them that you truly hate to be tickled, there is nothing pleasurable about it for you and it is completely disrespectful for anybody to take advantage of that weakness for their own self pleasures.
The only way that tickling can truly be fun is when A) When both parties are consenting, B) Both parties trust each other and C) Both parties RESPECT each other. Under those conditions, the object of the tickling is to keep it fun and pleasurable for BOTH parties.
Stand firm and call people out on the respect issue anytime they tickle you. You might have to stop talking with them for a while or even put them out of your life is they are not willing to respect you.
All the best to you!

Well, I like to tickle anyone who is ticklish, but once a person makes it known that they "do not appreciate" losing control of themselves when they are being tickled, and they show me the evidence by kicking me in the "package", I usually wise up to the preferred course(psst---I won't tickle). Point on, Eagle.

I HATE being tickled! I unintentionally elbowed my friend in the nose once because she tickled me. I still have nightmares about being tickled 'cause my brother used to tickle me so much (to the point of crying) when I was a kid (I'm 40 now).

I don't think it's that big of a thing. I don't really like being tickled, because I'm extremly ticklish, but I don't get angry if someone does tickles me. It can get anoying if they wont stop though.

Don't tell them you don't want to be tickled or else you just asking for it. People like making other people uncomfortable. They think its funny. I am not ticklish when people rub their fingers in my stomach it hurts.

I absolutely HATE being tickled. I don't find it funny, and it pisses me off. especially when I tell someone not to do it and they do it anyway. Why can't people understand "NO!" ? Aughhhhhhhhhhh
