It depends on how big your breasts were before the implants. Implants are firm and thus they stay up and don't sag, without or without a bra. If your boobs didn't need a bra before the implants, you probably won't need one after, because the added weight in your breasts won't sag. If you needed a bra beforehand, however, you will probably need a bigger one.
It really depends on the person and even the kind of implant and the placement of the implant.

At first yes, you have 2 wait for the scar tissue 2 form. Besides, they are gonna hurt- u will want 2 wear a bra. But after they heal no- u don't have 2 wear 1

Even though your newbies are nice and perky... you want to keep them that way. Bras help women keep the weight of their breasts stableized. Plus, you really don't want anyone know that you got titty hard-ons all the time too. If you have to go braless because of a cute top, invest in some pasties to cover just your nipple.

well if you dont want 2 show your niples.if you dont want 2 you should use a bra with no pads. or at wal-mart they sell this thing called poises. its like a piece of tape and you stik it in your shirl so your niples wont show

All depends on how well they stand out with out one, if they sags of course you to wear one, and if they don't sag and your ni--les are sticking out put two bandaids on each tip.
