A preferable tactic would be to give your body lots of HEALTHY calories and healthy fats. giving it junk food will just keep it starving for nutrients and will do nothing to give it the minerals and vitamins it needs. Eat healthy foods, and particularly healthy fats like nuts, seeds and avocados. The basic idea in gaining weight is to consume more calories than you expend, so eat more than you can exercise out.
Also, for your acne, too much sun can irritate it. The idea is not to dry your skin out, because doing so will cause your body to overproduce oil, so stay moisturized with an oil-free, non-comodegenic moisturizer. Also, talk to a dermatologist about medications that can help if its a chronic problem. Honestly, though, it's perfectly normal to have acne, especially at that age.

Well what are you all eating and how much do you eat? Eat alot of meat and peanuts they are good for you and give you lots of protein it will help you build muscle and working out with weights but you can buy stuff in stores that will help you gain weight, I'm not sure what its called but I've heard of it before so research it online. For the scars maybe Palmers scar serum and for the blemishes I dunno a good skin care line (ProActive).

You can start wifting weights, go to the gym and start eating junk food. you should eat it junk food for lunch. And start going to all-you-can-eats and eat more than you can eat.
