Hmm, you might need to get checked out, its possible you have a viral infection, though if you have never had sexual contact with anyone thats reasonably unlikely. It could be a water infection that is making things sore, is your pee clear or a bit dark? Try drinking more to help flush the system through. If it was thrush you'd probably feel itchy rather than sore, which is why it sounds more like a herpes type blister. Could you have abraded it with badly fitting underwear or too rough masturbation? If you can't thinkof a physical reason, and if it doesnt clear up in 24 hours with lost of water, go and seeyour doctor

Could you have cut yourself during shaving? If you have a burning sensation it may be a urinary tract infection. For this drink lots of cranberry juice with blueberrie juice.
Cranberry juice stops the infection from reaching your kidneys and the blueberry juice actually kills the bacteria. Stop with the pop diet or not it severly dehydrates you. You need water with a hint of lemon in it. If you are like me and hate water make sure it's ice cold. But seriously lay off pops.

Sometimes when you wipe yourself too rough, it happens. You might be alleged to the tissue, or even your panties....If you're still not certain, you should see a doctor immediately.

I do not know if this pertained to you BUT you can get Herpes If the person you were intimate with had an open lesion in or on his/her mouth. it is rare but can happen. So you see you can get it even if there was no penetration.

you may have an ingrown hair. i would try a warm compress for a couple of days. after that you may need to see a doc if it gets worse.
