At this point, all you can do is wait it out. in the future, try ear plugs. I've played in bands for 35 years, and I'd be deaf as a doorknob without 'em!

Sometimes your ears ring for days after a concert. If Pete Townshend of The Who hasn't lost all of his hearing, you surely won't after just a few hours of exposure to loud music! lol!

Its best to wait it out, prefferably in a quiet place.
