if i could just start throwing away my pathetic excuses for living in my own bubble and get out and help people more..
visit an old people at a care home..
take a sick person in hospital a flower..
write a letter to a lonely person in prison..
if i could stop THINKING about all the good i know i ought to be doing ..
and just go out and do them...id be better
