Fate (or Destiny) is a concept misused by most people: God has a way of seeing that his will is accomplished, even if ironically. In that sense, Destiny is inescapable -- but for a person to "base his beliefs" on destiny is most often an excuse whereby he or she thinks to escape responsibility. However there is a destiny about personal responsibility as well, so such a person will not escape for long -- justice will strike, and responsibility will be clearly placed at the feet of the person who tried to evade it. The moral ? Believe in yourself, but have a healthy respect toward fate.

Both of these factors play a part within our life. However, we choose what we do based on a set plan. Destiny is our set plan, what we are supposed to do, the blueprints of our life. Fate is the variable in the equation, we decide the solution to whatever obstacles destiny has set for us. We can shift destiny through the choice of Fate and vice versa. We choose whether we are governed our we govern in our lives. Both roles are finishing factors in our life, we follow fate and Destiny hand in hand.

Destiny is fate. My actions are being written out. What is being written out is "love, life and everything else."

Both. God has a destiny for our life. Sometimes we do not follow Gods plans and our actions result in the fate that awaits us from doing our will and not Gods.

I believe that we all have a final destination as it were, in this life. and no, that final destination isnt death...it's the point we reach before death. destiny (destination)...fate is what happens in between - it doesnt affect the final out come, it just takes us on a different road. since the beginning of time mankind has had the right of choice. we choose to be opressed or repressed by society as it is, through out the ages. we also choose to free ourselves from society should we wish. our choices decide how we reach our destination or achieve our destiny. and what we BELIEVE is our destiny is NOT necessarily what we envision it as being. bearing in mind the old saying, becareful what you wish for, because you just might get it. As you sow, so shall you reap.

This life is completely out of our control.. thanks to the fate issued us by the government and corporate America, we no longer have the basic freedoms to even use the bathroom in peace and privacy. Thanks to the biggest lie and purest evil man has ever come up with in the history of the world, we can now use a little machine as a tool or a weapon against our fellow man and murder systematically from thousands of miles away or right from the next room.

Even if fate exists (which seems highly unlikely), a belief in it is useless.
I believe in me.
