Do you like the 90's music better or newer music?

They still play alot of music from the 90's, whereas newer music has a much shorter shelf life, and then it can almost never be played again. There are a few exceptions, and there always are, but I'm going with 90's.

It depends what newer music your talking about.

I can't stand most of the newer rap, and the hip hop is so so. These two genres have lost all originality as all they do is degrade women, talk about s** and bling. I'm just sick of it.

I preferred when rap actually had meaning and was encouraging young people to become a better person and get out of bad situations. Not just through being a pimp.

I do like the newer music from the other genres, like light rock and even Christian music, though

I like 70's 80's 90's and now. There is great music from all these time periods. To answer your question more directly I will tell you what I like from the 90's and now. Pearl Jam, Creed and Nickelback all started in the 90's and all are really great bands. Hilary Duff, Shinedown, Bo Bice, and Alter Bridge are all from the 2000's and rock. So yeah I like both.

Well to us in our 30's 90's music is still relatively new! lol! some 90's bands are good some suck, same with music in the thousands and in any era for that matter.

I like a lot of old stuff but some new stuff is good too. But I used to only listen to music from now but everyone kept saying how awesome older music was so I gave it a chance and I like it better.

80's!! It was so original back then. Artists could make their own music...as today newer artists seem to take 80's music and turn it into hip hop crap.
