You do not have a "right to party". Nor is there a right to property. People who own property have various ownership rights, but the individual has no "right to property". I believe you are referring to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

I think you are missing the point. That should be Life, Liberty and the Prosciutto of Happiness.
