I can remove make up at night by using a make up remover or cleanser and good face wash..but lipstick is harder to get off, specially non-transfer, long lasting kind of lipstick....how can that be removed without any rubbing or damage to the lips?

Well the best advice I can give you is to NOT wear lipstick that says "longlasting" because it damages your lips, and if you can't get it off with a good cleanser than you know it's not a good choice!

Use a warm-wet-washcloth and lightly massage it off. you won't damage your lips, as long as you're not too rough.
Afterwards, put a bunch of moisurizing chapstick, and keep it on.
This is also a way to get moisurized lips fast. Just have chapstick on all the time, especially overnight.

the best way to take it off is if you take a wet papertowel or washcloth and rub your lips softly
