O.K.-to be honest, I've been looking at pages I shouldn't. Now, for example, whenever I type in T, the computer gives me a list of options including "T and A"

How do I get rid of this?

"T and A" as in "Mr. T and the A-Team"?

Start > Settings > Control Panel > Internet Options > Content > AutoComplete

delete all your cookies and temp files. If you are using firefox, do the following:

1. Hit Control-Shift-Delete
2. Select everything and click Clear Private Data

download ccleaner, it is free and removes all traces of where you have been, it will even delete the history
