Of course it's going to be smaller, when you're not erect. I doubt anybody is paying attention to you, in the shower, you think that way because you're paranoid, about the size of your penis.

when i am in the shower i do not worry about anyone else's penis, unless it is tumescent and aimed at me! relax as a long time nudist i can assure you that genitals come in all sizes and shapes, but we are all worried about our own, not someone else's
