Yes, anyone can copy or paste. When I ask a question, I am looking for personal ideas or answers, not an essay.
I have chosen a "longer" answer before, don't get me wrong, but only IF I found that the answer was honestly very helpful. Unfortunately most are long-drawn and ridiculous. I would prefer it if they would just give me the website that they got their information or answer from. Not print the whole website.
lol
Thanks for giving us all a chance to vent!

That's where the world of computers is leading us. There is a teacher in the local high school that actually allows kids to copy and paste material for history reports. !!!! They don't have to read or understand anything about the subject, just plagarize someone elses writing with the copy and paste function.

The same is true of the copy and pasters you despise so much - they don't have anything between their ears about your or my questions. Just a void. Dangerous.

It depends..... I'm tempted to send you a loooooong message, but I'll refrain. Usually those are the best answers, of course at times they are just a waste of space. I, on occasion like to respond with many quotes on a particular subject- usually very good quotes...

Unless they contain information that I want, I just scroll past them. No big deal.

Sometimes I agree with you and then sometimes I get so engrossed in the answer that I forget I'm in answers. So it depends.
