what is the better series of games resident evil or final fantasy

Final Fantasy! It's currently in the finals of GameFAQs' "best series ever" competition, against Zelda. FF has more titles, has been consistently better, and garners more love and commercial support from its fans than nearly any series out there. I believe it's the best.

Both also best in their genre, you cant really compare them because one is RPG and one is not. Of course if there's Resident Evil and Final Fantasy with me I will definately play Final Fantasy first, dont you want to find out why this game rock the world? After you get bored (if you do) with Final Fantasy, then you can give a try on Resident Evil, is not bd as well, worth playing... Hope it may help

It depends on your definition of "better." They're two different genres, honestly. Horror/shooter vs. RPG. Personally, I find the commands and controls of the FF series easier, but the battle system of RE is more consistent. If you're looking for storyline, FF has RE beat hands down. Graphics-wise, RE tends to win out.
I'd recommend either.

You can't compare the best survival-horror series and the best RPG series. There's too little to compare on.
