You can't pick between the three at all because they are all very good movies. You forgot Edward Scissorhands though which is another very good Tim Burton film! lol! What bothers me though is that people say The Corpse Bride encourages Necrophilia, but if anyone would actually watch the film they'd know it isn't about that at all.

The Nightmare Before Chrismas is probably the most creative, but there is not a Tim Burton movie that I haven't enjoyed.

I am a big Tim Burton fan -- Big Fish, Beetlejuice, the 1st 2 Batman's, and Ed Wood are just some of his best. Edward Scissorhands is his most memorable - mostly because it brought Johnny Depp out as a character actor.

I actually liked Charlie and the Chocolate the best, but from the ones you listed I liked The Corpse Bride the most.

Out of those three Nightmare before christmas because it wa so original. Out of all of his films, edward scissorhands because the set was fantatic, the cast was brilliant and so was the story. He is the best director at the moment for fantasy type things because his directing is so imaginative and colourful.
