Like weights? conditioning? or drills?

OK, I agree with below, do a google search, that may find some resources.

Weights - I'd go with low weight, high reps. Don't bulk yourself up so you can't move quickly. Also, I'm a believer in explosive lifts like the Hammer Jammer, hang or power cleans, etc. They help train your muscles to react quickly and explosively.

Conditioning - Short burst exercises, sprints, short duration (5-10 min) running with short breaks (1 min) in between. since bball is a lot of start and stop.

Drills - Shooting (game stituation) don't just plant and shoot, you'll rarely be uncontested, move and shoot, work on a quick release. dribbling - don't over look this one google some dribbling drills and work on this like crazy. Defense, defense, defense - work with a partner if you can and work on moving with him to simulate defensive positions, always keep the knees bent, weight on the toes, arms out and never cross your feet when moving, shuffle them.

hope this helps.

In high school my coach always started out the conditioning for basketball with sports that involved a lot of running. Ex. Cross Country. Weight lifting came a little afterward. From experience the running helps with your stamina which is something you'll need plenty of when playing basketball.
