Is it illegal to use a trojan horse virus to hack into someone's computer?

Its illegal to even try. Sending one is a crime even if it doesnt work.

I'm not sure of the legalities as far as hacking goes, but would you really want someone hacking into YOUR computer???

by definition hacking is illegal. but, since it's just ONE person, guess it couldn't hurt

yes i even dont try to send an trojan virus,beacose it damages the hardwear iteams also
