Hello, I love to travel in the winter, but I am a hard worker and I want to make money. Does anyone know any good careers that offer either a winter break for around two months, or know any good areas to work in such as St. John which has a winter season which is warm. I would like to spend the winters in a warm place and my summers in a warm place. Any ideas?

Be a CHEF.
Then apply to Summer Resorts in Alaska.
Culinary schools routinely offer internships to AK and the resorts are always looking for chefs and cooks. You live on site in the Summer Season, and the place closes for the Winter. You are free to fly.
The pay is decent, depending on your specific skills and their needs, and it fills your bill for Winter travel. Some have "sister resorts" in Florida, so that would be even BETTER. Six months in AK, six in FL.

There are jobs such as construction but there are also certain types of health promotion - active living, for instance, has a lapse in the fall/ early winter months.

Some of the construction trades, for people living in the northern part of the country, don't have much work available in the winter if they're mainly outdoors work, so you could take winters off.

Construction, landscaping, any outdoor career. Here in NY, we have 4 seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter and construction season.
