Peeing blood is bad. If you can't get to your Dr. right now, go to the Emergency room. Don't wait, go now. It could be cancer, it could be rips in your urethral tubes, could be a bladder infection. You could also have stones, but you did not indicate if you had pain or not. Even if you have no pain, you still need to be seen NOW!!

Peeing blood, with or without pain, is always bad. See a doctor as soon as possible.

There should be a problem in your urinary tract. Some kind of infection, so you should see your doctor. But while you are going to see doctor, try to remember what did you do to identify the cause?

Is there a foreign substance get into your urinary tract. It could probably from the soap when you are masturbating, or you get STD?

Bad for sure. It could mean an infection, kidney stones, or maybe other things. It's best to get things taken care of asap so it doesn't get any worse.
