If you mean oldest song by a teen BOY are you off. I couldn't even come close to figuring that out. You would have to go back like a couple decades proably. Oh and before Britney Spears there was Debbie Gibson, oh wait Debroah Gibson, and I believe Paula Abdul was a teen when she started. What about the New Kids on the Block if you want to speak about Boy Bands. Remember Markie Mark, well New Kids is where he started. I can only go back to like the 80s as the rest is before my time.

I think it depends on what you classify as a "teen song". Some people would argue it would have been one of Elvis Presley's song, as he was one of the first teen idols.
