first you need an input cable usually a s-video cable. you need to make sure the TV and the computer both have the same connection type. connect the s-video cable to the output on your computer and to one of the s-video inputs on the TV. note which video you plug into on the TV so you can switch to that input on the TV settings. once that is done find the func button on your computer and push it once then press f5 that will transfer the image to your TV on that specific input.

you need a tv out connect card + audio +pic cable connect the pic cable in to the tv out card on the back of the pc and connect the other end to your tv connedtion
just like as if you was using a ps2 play staion when you have a tv outconect card in your pc you can also connect up a ps2 or ps3 with the cables

My nvidia graphics card has TV out socket at the back. There is a cable supplied with it which has got 3 different coloured connectors which connect to the tv

You can make it work, if you have a video-out port in your video card. But it still isnt recommended. The frequency rates are different and your eyes hurt, and televisions are more harmful to your eyes than monitors.

if you have a laptop.. it would work with a "s-video" and if you didn't get one, you can always purchase one from best buy, circuit city, etc....
