No, you should also use anti-virus software on your PC. You can buy it from lots of companies like Symantec and McAffee and ZoneAlarm, or you can use one of the open source types. Yahoo can only guard against viruses that come through their email system. If you have other email addresses or you download from myspace or other places, Yahoo won't catch it.
